BBT PRISONER POPULATION POSTER COMPLETE

A Prisoner is a Friend who has been imprisoned by the cat guards of BattleBlock Theater and are forced to perform on stage. Both Prisoners and Friends are distinguished by their heads.

The player can unlock most of them from the Gift Shop using gems they collected.

Some, specifically in the Special category, are unlocked through other methods, such as completing Furbottom's Features every Friday, or booting up the game during certain events. It is worth noting that on the Xbox version of the game, Special heads stopped cycling in July of 2018. From that point until October of 2019, booting up the game on Xbox would give any player the Final Unicorn, Buckle Your Pants, and Behemoth Chicken heads if they didn't have them already, and Furbottom's Features would always give the Lava Lamp head for completing it. In October 2019, Furbottom's Features was finally shut down forever on Xbox, and the game stopped giving out the 3 aforementioned heads when booting it up.

  • Custom*
  • Enemy**

**Cannot be obtained legitimately

Trivia[]

  • The Custom and Enemy shapes are the only ones that have less than 64 faces total.
    • Custom can have up to 60, while Enemy only has 3 unique ones,
  • Custom is the only head shape that can be "unlocked," and it's made available by putting a valid custom head into the UserFaces folder.
  • Enemy cannot be unlocked, it can only be forcibly put on via hacking and on Steam, the game will force it off of you when you reboot the game. This is because of the Steam Item System, and it's set up so that it forces any head not in your Steam Inventory off of you if you're using it. The Xbox version does not do this, however, if you switch off of it, you will need to hack it back onto yourself as you cannot switch back to it.
  • The prisoner Cecil (Cooking cat) was inspired by one of Dan Paladins’ Skyrim runs as confirmed by him on the official Behemoth discord.
  • Cleo, Brainne, Reverse Merman, Rigel and the default head Mom are some of the few canon prisoners to actually make an appearance in the cutscenes, although not by their Steam inventory names.
  • If you enter Player Setup with the Enemy heads (or any head you don't own) equipped on the Steam version, they will instantly be removed and set back to Mom, unless they are locked down. This does not occur on Xbox.
